It is crucial that disadvantaged veterans reach their full employment potential and obtain high-quality career outcomes. GlobalUs Works will implement strategies to achieve economic prosperity, address historical inequities, and provide equitable access and outcomes to historically marginalized groups.

GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

• Expand outreach efforts to identify and engage homeless and justice involved veterans in need of employment services.
• Provide comprehensive case management to assess individual needs and develop personalized employment plans.
• Deliver job training, placement, and follow-up services to ensure sustained employment for program participants.
• Collaborate with local employers and community organizations to create employment opportunities for veterans with infractions.
• Enhance support services to address the specific needs of homeless women veterans and homeless veterans with children.
• Provide referrals for Mental Health and Wellness.
